Tube Sort is an offline water-sort puzzle. There is no player account. Most issues can be fixed in the app or in your store account.
Restore purchases
Open the app → Settings → Shop → Restore Purchases. That re-grants Remove Ads and Starter Pack on the same Apple ID or Google account that bought them. Consumable gem packs are not restored.
Ads and tracking (iPhone)
If Apple asked whether Tube Sort may track you, you can change that later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking does not lock levels. Remove Ads hides banners and interstitials.
Progress
Progress is stored only on this device. Uninstalling the app deletes it. We cannot look up or reset a board from our side.
